Welcome to West Coast Man Handyman Services. By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to the terms below. These Terms and Conditions are written in accordance with applicable California laws and are designed to protect both you—the client—and our business.

West Coast Man provides general handyman services to both residential and commercial clients throughout California, including but not limited to:

• General repairs and maintenance
   
• Plumbing

• Electrical
   
• Carpentry

•  Landscaping and Exterior Maintenance
   
• Painting and Drywall
   

Note: In accordance with California state law, we do not perform work requiring a contractor’s license unless the total project (labor + materials) is over $1000. For projects exceeding this limit or requiring licensed work (e.g., structural, major electrical/plumbing), we will refer or collaborate with licensed contractors as needed.

• Written or verbal estimates are available upon request and are based on the information provided by the client.
   
• Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions or changes in the project scope.
   
• Any adjustments to the original estimate will be discussed and approved before work continues.
   

• A deposit of 25% is required to finalize your appointment.  
   
• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods:  All forms of payment are accepted.
   
• Late or non-payment may result in added fees and/or legal recovery efforts.
   

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
   
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
   
• Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
   

• West Coast Man is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or structural issues that could not be reasonably detected during the initial inspection.
   
• We are not liable for delays caused by acts of nature, supply shortages, or third-party vendors.
   
• Any work requiring a permit, inspection, or licensed trade professional will be disclosed and referred accordingly.
   

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 3 days of job completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the task and materials used. Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs may void any warranty.
